MDS Glacier Trailer

MDS Glacier Trailer (MDS Aero Support Corporation)

This project involved the construction of a moveable trailer in order to test the emissions of aircraft turbine engines. It was designed to withstand the Northern Manitoba climate and deaden the sound of the engines by as much as 60 decibels.

Extensive electrical and mechanical components were implemented to accommodate the numerous computers and testing equipment involved.
